Three years ago I staked WISE on app.wisetoken.net. I connected my wallet there yesterday to the staking tab and nothing now shows up for a stake. Where are my WISE tokens?

You’ve come to the wrong place for help. The WISE token is nothing to do with Stakewise. If you go to Coingecko and search on WISE, there are a number of community links listed.
